Insurance

Hope Restored Counseling Services is a private pay provider and accepts out-of-network insurance.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Here are some recommended questions for your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• What are my out of network benefit allowances?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. The full session rate fee will be charged for all late cancellations and/or missed sessions.
